1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the participation of each individual (“Participant”) in the Inspired Programs (“Program”) provided by Inspired Life Circle LLC (“Company”). By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these T&C.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1. Upon full payment, the Company grants access to:

a) Personalized live sessions.

b) Relevant materials and resources offered by the Company to support the sessions.

2.2. The session schedule is shared in advance.

3. DURATION

3.1. The program lasts for 9 weeks from the date of the first session.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

4.1. Payments are non-refundable. However, if the client has not joined the program, the paid amount may be used for other services offered by the Company within six months from the purchase date. If not used within this period, the amount will be forfeited.

5. COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Company’s Commitments

Ensure optimal conditions for the live sessions.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by participants.

Provide professional support to help participants achieve their objectives.

Provide video recordings of each session and access to relevant materials.

Ensure that all materials are available for one year from purchase.

Restrict access to training materials after one year.

5.2. Participant’s Commitments

Attend all sessions as scheduled. Unnotified absences or withdrawal (except in medical emergencies) result in a one-year ban from accessing Company’s services.

Engage in the Program with respect, professionalism, and consideration toward all facilitators and fellow participants.

Maintain confidentiality regarding training content, business methods, and proprietary materials.

Refrain from recruiting or soliciting Company’s employees, clients, or participants for a period of two years post-training.

Not copy, share, distribute, or use training materials for personal or third-party benefit.
Not engage in competing activities using Company’s intellectual property.

6. TERMINATION

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate access immediately, without refund, if the Participant breaches any commitments listed in Section 5.

6.2. Termination must be communicated with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice.

6.3. Termination does not affect outstanding obligations between the parties.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of New York, not including its conflict of laws provisions.

7.2. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising, the parties hereto will use their best efforts to amicably settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they will consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements, will be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, by one arbitrator, in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C. No further contracts are required for participation.
