Who is Monica Ion

Monica Ion is the Founder of the School of Universal Laws and FTP Methodology. Spending 15,000 hours between 2016 and 2024 working with clients worldwide, she has supported entrepreneurs to achieve exponential growth and assisted women in creating personal, financial, and professional fulfillment.

Earning degrees in Psychology and Sociology combined with a background in math and science, Monica discovered the 7 Universal Laws—a framework that makes client breakthroughs predictable and repeatable. Universal laws are fundamental principles that are thought to govern the structure and behavior of the universe. They are seen as constant, unchanging, and applicable to all things, regardless of time or space. The 7 Universal Laws that Monica uses are found to be the most relevant to understanding how the mind operates and creates lasting transformation.

The 7 Universal Laws

Universal Laws are fundamental principles that are thought to govern the structure and behavior of the universe. They are seen as constant, unchanging, and applicable to all things, regardless of time or space. Different disciplines—such as physics, metaphysics, and mathematics—identify various universal laws, like Newton’s Laws, the Law of Conservation of Energy, the Laws of Thermodynamics etc.

In our work, we use seven Universal Laws, as we’ve found them to be the most relevant to understanding how the mind operates and to create transformation in the lives of our clients.

Practically speaking, any problem encountered in the physical world can be addressed using these seven Universal Laws. While there are many other laws, these seven are sufficient in FTP methodology to explain the world as it is, resolve challenges, remove obstacles, and help clients achieve their goals. These laws provide a clear understanding of reality as it is—not as we wish it to be.

My mission is not to prove these Laws, nor to teach them. My mission is to solve problems using the Universal Laws. This focus sets us apart from others who work with these principles. Some clients have come to us after working with other specialists. They’ve had profound learnings and “aha” moments, but their problems remain unresolved. Our work goes beyond understanding; it’s about resolution.
